We proudly craft our chocolates using cocoa from our own farms and partner with the renowned Varanshi Organic Farms, one of India’s oldest organic cacao farms. Additionally, we source from local farmers, ensuring every bar supports sustainable and ethical farming practices.

Hi! We’re Balasubrahmanya and Swathi, cacao farmers turned chocolate makers. Inspired during the 2020 pandemic, we explored the magic of farm-to-bar chocolate, and Anuttama was born. From our fields in Bettampady, Karnataka, we bring you artisanal treats crafted with love and tradition!

Artisan and Farm To Bar To You!

Harvested ripe cocoa pods are cracked open to extract the white pulp with beans, which are then fermented and sun-dried for rich, long-lasting flavors.
The beans are roasted to perfection, cracked, and winnowed to get nibs, which are ground into cocoa mass and conched for smoothness.
Tempered for shine, molded for shape, and wrapped beautifully ready for you to indulge!
