Order Fulfilment

• For orders in UAE, Oman, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia, the average fulfilment time is 5-7 days, with a goal to deliver within 5 days. Delivery within India typically takes 4-5 days. Please note that unforeseen delays may occur due to customs clearance or natural events.
• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation is not possible due to our around-the-clock fulfilment process.
• Most items are non-returnable. Refunds are issued for products that are damaged, unusable, or expired upon delivery, subject to approval by our inspection team.

Warranties and Guarantees
We do not offer warranties or guarantees on products. We act as a marketplace connecting brands with customers. For product-related issues, customers should contact the respective brand directly.
