Shipping

We use Aramex for shipping to UAE, Oman, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia. For orders within India, we use Shiprocket.

Estimated delivery times:

• GCC countries: 5-7 days (up to 10 days in rare cases)
• Within India: 3-4 days
• We ship internationally to the GCC region only.

Returns and Refunds

• Our return policy allows complaints within 48 hours of product delivery if the product is damaged, unusable, or expired. No returns are accepted for other reasons.
• For GCC customers, products do not need to be returned. In India, we will arrange for pick-up through our logistics partner if a return is necessary.
• Refunds for eligible complaints will be processed within 7 working days from approval and issued to the original payment method or as a store voucher usable on Sthani.
