• It is made from coconut palm sap (a liquidy, sweet fluid of the coconut plant). A cut is made on the flower of the coconut palm and the liquid is then left to be collected. It is then boiled and dehydrated.
• This natural sugar is brown in colour and is in granulated texture.
• Coconut Sugar is low in Glycemic Index and contains some traces of minerals & antioxidants.
• Coconut Sugar is not refined or chemically altered. These do not contain any type of artificial ingredients or synthetic materials.
• The combination of Coconut Sugar with Cocoa gives it a caramel flavour, which definitely elevates the chocolate bars to a next level.
