• HOW IT WORKS
  
  

1. Take and fix the upper cylinder with pin holes onto the lower cylinder.
2. Add 40 gm (2.5 tablespoons) of coffee powder to the upper compartment. Press down the powder using the tamping unit.
3. Bring 240 ml water to a boil. Pour half of the hot water (120ml) and let it brew for 15 - 20 minutes
4. Add the rest of the hot water (120ml) and let it brew for another 15-20 minutes.
5. For a stronger and thicker coffee decoction, keep it covered and let it brew for about an hour. Around 160ml of coffee decoction will collect in bottom compartment.
6. To prepare the coffee, bring milk to a boil and add the 4-5 tablespoons of the decoction with 3/4 cup of milk and sugar to taste.
7. Froth it up and enjoy serving in the popular South Indian way.

  Wash in warm, soapy water before first use and dry thoroughly. All parts are dishwasher safe.
