About:

  • Stove Top Espresso
The aluminum pot features a distinctive eight-sided shape that allows it to diffuse heat perfectly to enhance the aroma of your coffee. It produces a rich, authentic espresso in just minutes.
  • MAIN FEATURES & BENEFITS

This percolator features a durable Aluminium material with a matte black finish that gives it a modern appearance.
A comfortable handle and a non-reactive interior that keeps any unwanted odors or tastes out of the water.
You can use the percolator to brew our Madras Filter and Canteen Coffee Grounds!
  • HOW TO USE
  1. Fill the lower chamber with pre-boiled hot water just below the valve.
  2. Insert the funnel and fill it with ground espresso (do not tamp). Remove any coffee grounds on the edge of the funnel
  3. Tightly screw the upper part of the pot on to the base. Avoid using the handle for leverage.
  4. Select burner size to fit bottom of pot. For gas stovetop, make sure the flame is not larger than bottom of pot. The flame should not come around the sides of the pot.
  5. Place pot on the stovetop until the water boils and coffee begins to come out of the center post. There will be a gurgling sound during this process.
  6. When the top of the pot is full of coffee, remove from stove.
  7. Place the moka pot under cool running water to rapidly cool it down once the brewing is complete. This avoids over-extraction.

  • USE & CARE
  1. Once your moka pot cools, disassemble it and thoroughly rinse and dry all the pieces. You can use a paper towel to wipe away and stubborn grounds from the basket or seal.
  2. Don’t put the moka pot in the dishwasher. Don’t scrub the moka pot with an abrasive material. There’s a coating on aluminum moka pots that keeps your coffee from taking on a metallic taste, and you don’t want to accidentally scrub that off.
